“The purpose of INNER FITNESS is to achieve “The 3 Goals”.
My yoga classes are mini-vacations as much as intensive immersion environments for the exploration and development of various practices: simple postures and beautiful posture flow sequences, bandhas, mudras, breathing, relaxation, chanting, introspection, concentration, and meditation. We also study yoga psychology and cosmology. Together, these build a fantastic foundation for personal development and self-expression, on and off the mat!”
