Hoyt Cory has been teaching yoga in Tuolumne County for the past eight years. He is a certified Integral Yoga Instructor with a professional background in personal development training, therapeutic bodywork, wellness and holistic health practices. His classes are restorative in nature, combining easy stretching with breath and anatomical awareness, and deep relaxation. Hoyt also has a private practice through the BodyTalk™ System of energy medicine at “Outside the Box Therapies” in Sonora.
