Core Flow offers a fun blend of yoga exercises designed to develop and strengthen the stomach and back muscles of the body. These muscles work as stabilizers for the entire body, therefore core exercises improve balance and stability in addition to trimming down the waist line.
This class incorporates some yoga flow (to get the heart rate up), standing and floor postures, and a hint of pilates. While this class is mostly active, we make sure to balance out the core work with some restorative poses geared towards releasing any tension stored in back. All levels are welcome.
