*Grounding Flow Yoga
Spend one hour consciously flowing in this sacred, comfortable atmosphere to benefit your mind, body, and spirit. This vinyasa flow is for all experience levels and will help to reconnect us with the Earth and our bodies, moving us through various approaches including asana, pranayama, and meditation. These grounding movements help to integrate our awareness and unity from our yoga practice into our everyday lives.
