“The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness” Sakyong Mipham. Slow Flow focuses on intelligent sequencing and seamless transitions from pose to pose. The luxurious movements will focus on range of motion, balance, strength, grace and stabilization. We will have time to savor and assimilate the benefits of the evening’s work with 2 or 3 complimentary Yin or restorative postures.
