This is fun vinyasa flow for improving and maintaining flexibility and strength. This class is geared for anyone at any level ready to hit the trails or push into conditioning for mountain activity styled yoga. The focus is core and limb strength and injury prevention. From the wrists to the shoulders , back, legs, hip openers to the toes, this class tunes in power and recovery.
We get the heart rate going with a combination of postures to stimulate the metabolism, reduce stress and power up the body. Asana stretches, crunches, balance, inversions all happen as we prepare and experience some yoga heat and then restorative chill into the weekend.
