Friday nights can be busy, so let us help you get some active yoga in. This 45 minute class goes from slow to fast vinyasa in order to get your heart rate up and allow you to leave feeling invigorated.
This is fun vinyasa flow for improving and maintaining flexibility and strength. The focus is core and limb strength and injury prevention. From the wrists to the shoulders , back, legs, hip openers to the toes, this class tunes in power and recovery.
We get the heart rate going with a combination of postures to stimulate the metabolism, reduce stress and power up the body. Asana stretches, crunches, balance, inversions all happen as we prepare and experience some yoga heat and then restorative chill into the weekend.
