Imagine this: you immersed in yoga, breathing under the Sierra blue sky, stretching amidst the majestic trees, your arms outstretched your heart wide open. This 5 day program is designed to help you unplug and unwind. You deserve this time for yourself, this time to relax and rejuvenate. Join us this summer for an inspiring yoga adventure. Open to all levels of yoga experience. Each day will afford us opportunities to explore meditation, postures, breathing, and modalities of relaxation. Time is on our side in this class; we will have time for individualized instruction, lectures (yoga history/philosophy/anatomy), and group discussions. We will practice Yoga at the HSI Yoga studio as well as by the river, in the meadows, at the waterfalls and on the trails. The course satisfies HHP credit for limited transfer.
