Ayurvedic Yoga: Cool Down and Refresh with Jessica

According to the principles of Ayurveda, at the end of summer we have an accumulation of pitta (fire) in our body. The accumulation of Pitta can throw our body and mind out of balance often leaving us feeling burn out, inflammation and fatigue. This practice will be geared towards decreasing the pitta within the body by doing poses that help release heat and tension.
Please note that this class will include minimal, light use essential oils, so please avoid if you are allergic or super sensitive to scent.
