Andrea first started her yoga journey four years ago. When she started, she was looking to find inspiration for living a healthier lifestyle. After her introduction to yoga, she soon started to notice her outlook on life was changing for the better. After a couple of years she decided to make a change in her life and move to Sonora from Sacramento. Here she decided she wanted to share her inspirations and the practice of yoga through teaching.
Yoga has brought positivity and strength into Andrea’s life, which she brings to her classes. Her classes also include a focus on breath, alignment and balance. She brings her students to the present moment with positive and encouraging guidance through poses, concentrating on breath with the movement of the body, and creating an environment where the body can move in harmony with others and the music. Andrea is looking forward to meeting new people and sharing the practice of yoga with them.
