Ashley has been practicing Yoga on and off for 10 years. In the past three years she has found just how useful and important her practice is in her life to help calm the mind and bring a sense of well-being and peace to her spirit.
With her Bachelors Degree in Communication and 10 years of experiences in Massage Therapy she is able to help put her students at ease through acceptance and compassion.
Her classes tend to have a balanced blend of breath work, mindful awareness, and attention to alignment to really get into the body, leaving stresses and worry’s behind!
Ashley has a deep love and respect for animals/all creatures. She also loves reading, dancing, gardening, singing and adventure!
