New Wednesday & Sunday Evening Classes

It is so hot! So we are changing up our Sunday night class for summer. Join us for our new class, Yoga Flow and Tone, from 5:00-6:00pm. This class is designed to boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass by incorporating cardio and the option of using hand weights throughout class. We also include gentle stretching and deep relaxation to allow for a balanced and well-rounded yoga experience!
Join Staci Curtis for Power Hour on Wednesday nights, 5;45-6:45. Stretch, Sweat and release tension as we open the hips, heart, and shoulders, and mobilize this fun and active mid-week flow. Recharge to finish your work week strong.
